Key Club members who have opted-in to an allocated product on the Key Club Exclusives tab of their account dashboard and have made a purchase within the last 12 months are eligible. Simply sign into your specsonline.com account and select Key Club Exclusives to opt in or out whenever you want.
If the VIP Vault is closed, that means there are no products available at the moment. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email notifying you of when you can purchase your favorite bottle.
Key Club members who have opted-in to an allocated product on the Key Club Exclusives page and have made a purchase within the last 12 months may have an opportunity to purchase an allocated product. These products are available in very limited quantities and may be sold on an invitation-only basis to a limited number of members or on a first come, first serve basis. The product email will state the opportunity type.
The email you receive contains a special link that is tied to only your Key Club account. Only you will be able to sign into Spec's Vault and make a purchase. If the VIP Vault is closed, the item has sold out and is no longer available.

Your bottle will be sent to the store you selected at checkout. It may take up to a couple of weeks to arrive. When it does, you’ll get a text and email letting you know it’s ready to pick up. You will have 7-days to pick up the order from the time the “order ready” notification is sent. If you have questions or concerns, contact us using the Key Club form and include your order number.
These highly sought after bottles are pre-paid only. When your bottle arrives in our store, you'll get a text and email letting you know it's ready for pick up. If you have any questions regarding a charge, let us know at ask@specsonline.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
No, all allocated items are a set price. They are only available for purchase online through Spec's VIP Vault and are not eligible for discounts online or at the register.
All in-store and specsonline.com purchases help you accumulate points into our rolling 12 system, except for allocated items. Allocated items and items purchased through Spec’s VIP Vault are excluded from earning Key Club points.
We’d love to see you and make sure you have your bottle in hand. We’ll check your ID against the order details before handing it off.
If you indicated someone else will be picking up on your behalf at checkout, we’ll release your bottle after checking their ID.
Your order will be automatically canceled and your payment method will be refunded. The bottle will be returned to inventory and may not be available for purchase again.
If you can’t make it, we understand. Contact us using the Key Club form or contact the store you selected at checkout. Whichever method you choose, your order will be canceled and the payment method refunded.
Allocated products are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving the email doesn't guarantee a purchase.
Allocated products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s possible the store nearest you sold out of their allocated inventory. When that happens, the store is removed from the store pick up list at checkout. You may need to drive a little further for it.
Not sure if you’ll be able to pick it up and have a trusted friend or family member near a distant store? You can enter their name and phone number at checkout as your designated Pick Up Person. We’ll check their ID before releasing your bottle.
There are a few reasons for this:
- It is possible you have not opted-in to a product on the Key Club Exclusives list. You can do so anytime once you’ve signed in.
- You may need to check your spam folder. We recommend adding no-reply@specsonline.com to your safe sender’s list.
- If you haven’t made a purchase in the last 12 months, you will not receive a notification.
If any of these reasons don’t apply to you, contact us using the Key Club form.

Please note that repeated attempts to misrepresent information or circumvent allocation guidelines may result in removal from future opportunities.
